Terms and Conditions

The Mena Vape Awards are run by Yellow Monday Media Ltd in the UK. Throughout this site, references to ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the company.

Voting:

  • Voting is restricted to one entry per person. If fraudulent votes are identified, these will be removed. If you are found to be abusing this multiple times, Yellow Monday Media Ltd will use its discretion in deciding whether to nullify all your votes. We use sophisticated software to monitor fraudulent votes to ensure that voting is conducted in a fair manner.
  • Please check your emails after you have cast your vote(s). You will need to confirm your vote(s) via a confirmation email. Failure to do so will result in your vote(s) being discounted.
  • You are not required to vote in all categories.
  • Yellow Monday Media Ltd reserves the right to make all submitted votes null and void if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a nominee is engaging in suspicious or excessive voting practices. This includes, but is not limited to: votes via bots, software used to submit numerous votes and votes from devices we suspect to have had cookies purposely disabled.
  • Any personal details that we collect will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Yellow Monday Media Ltd reserves the right to alter the voting period. Voting dates will be published at menavapeawards.com for full transparency.
  • The MENA Vape Awards results will be announced at our live show. Parties unable to attend the live show may be able to view the stream on Vapouround Magazine’s Facebook channel, subject to change due to WiFi availability.. 
  • If nominees dispute the outcome of a vote, the decision of Yellow Monday Media Ltd will be final.
  • Votes will be counted by Yellow Monday Media Ltd and Yellow Monday Media Ltd decision is final.

Tickets & Event:

  • A 50% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking with the remainder paid no less than 30 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, cheque and bank transfer.
  • You must inform Yellow Monday Media Ltd of any cancellations at least 30 days before the event date. Refunds will not be issued. However, Yellow Monday Media Ltd can transfer your ticket to another party if your request is received 30 days prior to the event.
  • All guests will receive their tickets via email prior to the event. If you fail to present your ticket at point of entry, Yellow Monday Media Ltd and the venue reserve the right to refuse your entry.
  • Yellow Monday Media Ltd will not be held liable for any accommodation or associated travel costs should the event be cancelled or rescheduled. Please also note that the event timetable is liable to change but we shall endeavour to keep attendees informed of any changes.
  • The MENA VAPE Awards are representative of the entire vape industry. We take our impartiality very seriously. As such, any brands or individuals attempting to ‘buy’ votes or awards by purchasing tickets, sponsorship or advertising may be barred from the event and have any contracts terminate
  • By attending the MENA Vape Awards, you give permission for Yellow Monday Media Ltd staff, the venue, the events team, the security team, journalists and any other photographers, vloggers or videographers to record you for the purposes of promotion, entertainment or security.
  • Prior to the event guests are expected to take any diet requirements, allergens or intolerances into consideration before informing Yellow Monday Media Ltd of their requirements.
  • Yellow Monday Media Ltd nor any of its partners will be held responsible for the loss or damage of any property brought into the venue.
  • All attendees are expected to behave in orderly and respectful fashion for the duration of the event.

It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure they meet the deadlines when it comes to submitting advertisements and items for MENA Vape Awards.


It is the advertiser’s responsibility to get items to us by the set deadline and we can accept no responsibility for products which are delayed in the post, held up by customs or lost in transit. 


If the advertiser fails to provide us with the necessary items for the gift bags by the deadline, their items will not be included in the bags. No refunds or credits will be given in these circumstances and the customer will not be eligible to move their booking to the following year.


If the advertiser fails to meet the artwork deadline, Yellow Monday Media Ltd. has the right to include whatever they deem appropriate on behalf of the customer.


Any artwork/ video designed by the company will be sent to the customer via email for approval. If the customer doesn’t confirm the proof before the deadline, the company will run the ad as it is. The company won’t accept any liability for errors detected after insertion, and no credit or refund will be offered.
